Furnished very comfortably and to an extremely high standard, with sitting and dining room, kitchen and utility room, two double bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, one twin bedroom and with central heating, this house is perfect for families and couples alike.
This delightful, spacious and modern house is located just 2 minutes from the beach and village with its few shops, post office and pub, close to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path National Trail and with Little Haven's award-winning restaurants just a walk away around the coast.

Driftwood which has been awarded 5 stars by the Wales Tourist Board is a spacious, modern, comfortable holiday home that has 3 large bedrooms; 2 doubles with king-size beds and 1 twin all prettily furnished and with ample storage.

The master bedroom has a walk-in drying cupboard with radiator and an en suite shower room. In the large second double bedroom there is the option to have a further single folding bed and a travel cot is available should one be required although bedding for this isn't provided.

All the bedding is 100% cotton and the duvets and pillows are feather and down.

As well as the master with en suite Driftwood has a full bathroom with bath, shower and wc and a wc downstairs.

Downstairs there is the bright, comfortable sitting room with two sofas and easy chair, LCD TV with Sky (basic package only) and DVD. The sitting room is divided from the modern dining room by an arch.

The kitchen is spacious with a table and chairs, it is extremely well equipped and of a high standard with dishwasher, larder fridge and microwave as well as all the glasses and china you could need, along with ample cooking and preparation equipment.

The utility room houses the washing machine and a fridge/freezer.
Outdoors:
Outside there is an enclosed and secure garden, which has the sun from mid-day, the pretty patio is furnished with a table and chairs.
There is a garage for storage of beach toys and other equipment and parking for two cars at the front and it is quite acceptable to park further cars on the road.

N.B. Small, well-behaved dogs may be permitted, please discuss with owner.
Changeover day is Saturday however, in low season we can be flexible.

Broad Haven area Broad Haven is a quiet village in the west of Pembrokeshire ideally situated for exploring the craggy coastline of West Wales. The award-winning beach at Broad Haven is beautiful, safe and sandy, popular with families and watersports enthusiasts alike. The westerly facing beach offers excellent conditions for kite-surfing, kite-buggying, windsurfing and surfing. The village has just a few shops, a post office and a pub, and a couple of cafes. When the tide's out there is a pleasant walk around the beach to Little Haven, a lovely, picturesque fishing village with award-winning restaurants. The beach here is particularly popular with swimmers and divers. The renowned Pembrokeshire coastal path is just 2 minutes from the house. Opened in 1970 the path was the first national trail in Wales and twists and turns its way through 186 miles of breathtaking coastal scenery.
